With Haircrafter International Sdn Bhd's 3 days return policy, there are no special catches or exceptions. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition. But when the shipping option is otherwise than walk in you must report to courier service first and us (give a copy of report that have been send to customer service courier service)

You can return your purchase within 3 days from the date of purchase
Products must be in the condition you received and in the original packaging
Email your intent for a product return to sales.haircrafter@gmail.com. Please include picture of the defective product.
Once we’ve confirmed the defect and approved your return request, please ship the product(s) back to us on your own cost and we’ll deliver you the replacement product(s) within 10 – 15 working days.
Defect arises as a result of fair wear and tear, willful damage, negligence, misuse, abnormal working conditions or failure to follow our oral or written instructions as to the storage or use of the products are not qualified for a return and refund
Colour of products may differ slightly due to lighting or monitor and are not qualified for a return and refund
